Origin Games missing after forced conversion to EA App

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? N/A
What happens when the bug occurs? All Games from Origin Library are missing
What do you expect to see? All games from Origins Library imported into EA App. This includes all purchased games as well as those included as part of "free" options

I was just using the Origin App and updating games and thinking of installing one of my purchased but not installed games when EA pushed a pop up asking to install the EA App as a replacement for Origin. I figured this was the final conversion from the Origin App to EA so I said yes. After the update completed, Origin app was removed, and computer rebooted, the EA App came up and I logged in using the same credentials I used to log into the Origin App. Everything seemed to be fine until I looked into my Library and saw that it was basically empty. There was 1 game there, Jedi Fallen Order, and EVERYTHING ELSE was gone. 

This is using the EXACT SAME credentials as Origin. How do I fix this? How do I get the dozens of games I paid money for let alone the "free" ones I got as part of my Origin account?!? 

EA Support does not appear to be working for me as I cannot create a new support ticket at all.

    Your support is inept and incompetent.
     
    I just received ANOTHER message from support that fails to even READ the issue at hand.
    Their response is "Hey, I hear you can't log in!" NO WHERE is my responses have I stated that I CANT LOG IN!!!!
     
    I have VERY clearly and on MULITPLE occasions now stated that IMMEDIATELY AFTER EA forced me to stop using the ORIGIN game APP, and pushed me into the EA game App, ALL OF MY ORIGIN GAMES ARE GONE FROM THJE ACCOUNT. 
     
    EA FORCED me to stop using ORIGIN App. EA FAILED to migrate my ORIGIN games into the EA APP. 
     
    RETURN MY ORIGIN ACCOUNT/APP GAMES TO MY EA ACCOUNT NOW!!!!

    EA... Fix your *! 

    This email tag is stupid. It takes upwards of 2 days between me sending a response and your incompetent support staff returning my email and FAILING to address ANYTHING said in the email. I realize that EA outsources all of it's support to other countries that may not always have the same grasp on English as others, but seriously. NONE of your support staff have even bothered to READ anything I am sending in.

    FIX MY ACCOUNT AND GIVE ME BACK MY ORIGIN GAMES!!!
