Over 5000 hours lost :(
I just noticed that my Sims 4 hours have been reset, and I'm really upset. I haven't seen enough mentions of this! Why did this happen? Is it fixable? It's just disappointing :(

Usually in cases like this (or with missing packs), it seems to be an issue where people are logging into the wrong account. 🙂 Just to check, is anything missing from your EA games library? Expansion packs, other games, etc.?
