Thanks. Can you open the Sims 4 Packs folder and trash EP05. Empty the trash then run the EA App Recovery tool again. Restart your Mac then open EA App and try to download Seasons again.
It would really help if you could run the Error Reporter too and post the number here.
Im also having the same issue, but with romantic gardens.

Did you try the suggestion in my post above? You'd need to trash SP06 for Romantic Garden.
