hello, I have recently downloaded the new ea app for MacBook, like many others my games are gone, but I am okay with that. my problem is that I have redownloaded the game because I wanted to change the language. now all my packs have downloaded fine except for one, its been stuck in the 'preparing for download' stage for three hours. it won't let me cancel or pause download and I can't find anything about clearing cache on the new ea app on Mac. please assist me on this...
