Hi, I am having a problem with my Sims 4 new pack downloading. I bought a bundle last week and it is still preparing. I have tried everything. Does anyone know what else I can do? I have a MacBook Air and my Sims 4 is through EA app.
Also they say I just have to clear my cache, but I don´t have that option.
