I've never done one of these, and I'm low-key at the verge of tears (jk jk ). I had paused my game from updating and had gone offline. When I went back online, The Sims 4 didn't pop up the play butt...

It looks like this is likely due to which EA account you're using, as the one you're posting with hasn't been around for the couple years you've mentioned. There's almost certainly a different account that was used for those previous pack purchases.
