Packs Not Downloading

I've been playing sims4 for a long time. Recently I've been experiencing lots of issues with my downloads. It's getting very frustrating because I want to use all my packs I've paid for. I have tried everything to fix my packs, but they still are not working. Can someone please help me? When I try to download my packs, it says they're are paused because I don't own them. The packs I'm having trouble with are Cats & Dogs, Bowling, and The Spa packs.
