Payment issue - unable to process payment

i am getting an error on the EA APP And website, including the website when accessed from mobile phone.

they're unable to process payment.

been trying for 5 hours now, nothing works. clearing cache, restarting app, etc etc.

also, i've tried 3 different cards.

2 debit cards and 1 credit card. same error, across the board. (all 3 are visa cards.)

please fix asap EA! thanks!
