Payment not working
I've been trying to pay for my The Sims 4 customized bundle but my payment method is not working although it should work. My card information is correct and I have tried to change my payment methods. I keep getting this: "That didn't work, let's try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later." I'm so mad and sick of this EA. This app never works.

Please try the following steps to clear up this error:
- Use a different payment method
- Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
- Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
- Make sure the location on your account matches your real location
