Payment not working

I've been trying to pay for my The Sims 4 customized bundle but my payment method is not working although it should work. My card information is correct and I have tried to change my payment methods....

    Please try the following steps to clear up this error:

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location
