payment pending
I purchased a Sims 4 expansion pack today - unfortunately something went wrong at the first attempt and I got a message saying payment pending. I tried reordering and and the purchase was completed...

Typically, a pending payment will process through within 2-3 days, once this payment has fully processed through, you can contact the live support team to submit a refund on this duplicate purchase.
