I'm trying to buy the new sims pack and when i confirm my security code it takes a dollar out of my account but doesn't accept my card and won't tell me the total amount. So far, its taken 3 dollars from me and won't let me buy the pack, I'm trying to get a refund but the chat system is down too and it won't process my request. i just want the new pack, my husband gave me the money to buy it for my birthday T~T
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it's still doing the same thing
