Hi, now the games go

, but I can't use anymore the activation of the 3D Vision otherwise gives me error.
I have to disable it to play.
I bought the games to play 3D so it's not good

Any solution?

Hello @EA_Leeuw I’ve updated my EA App on MACBOOK but it still doesn’t work. I’ve reported the same problem on ErrorReporter. Since the migration I never success to open EA App.
I wait but it’s very sad. For some people it works and other one it doesn’t. (Sorry for my english but I’m French and our EA manager doesn’t give us any answers).
I don’t have winrar so I can’t send any compress files.
I’ll just keep reading the progress and hope that it won’t take a year !

@195ak I'm sorry, you're getting the "The app crashed unexpectedly" or "Background Services Crashed" error in EA app when you have 3D Vision enabled in the Nvidia Control Panel? In that case it sounds like a Nvidia driver issue to be honest, rather than an EA app issue. I would recommend to maybe update your GPU drivers or do a fresh install of them.

Thanks for the reply, I found the solution to play in 3D
now everything is OK
