Hi, now the games go

, but I can't use anymore the activation of the 3D Vision otherwise gives me error.
I have to disable it to play.
I bought the games to play 3D so it's not good

Any solution?

@195ak I'm sorry, you're getting the "The app crashed unexpectedly" or "Background Services Crashed" error in EA app when you have 3D Vision enabled in the Nvidia Control Panel? In that case it sounds like a Nvidia driver issue to be honest, rather than an EA app issue. I would recommend to maybe update your GPU drivers or do a fresh install of them.

@dianecapito, you are getting the "The app crashed unexpectedly" or "Background Services Crashed" error in EA app for Mac? If so, please include an EA app Error Reporter ID. Thank you.

    Thanks for the reply, I found the solution to play in 3D
