player pick pack bug

Hi EA Team,

I am reporting I faced an important error when I played FC25 and I wish I can get my Toty Renard card back.

The thing was I got this card from 88+ 4pick1 pack(120,000coins) yesterday around 11pm(GMT+8),
However, the pick automatically locked into rare gold card(Endler) which I never locked in with square button.

would you please check on this error?
It was first Toty card I drew since Fifa 18, but it was ruined .
It will be appreciated if you can fixed this bug for me
