Hi Jason, 

it’s on the EA Desktop, I’m almost certain of it. If you just search Populous, you should see two games appear. I’m at work currently so I can confirm this in a couple of hours.

If you do manage to find it, then please share a screenshot and the region that's displayed on the bottom right in EA Desktop.
