Potential Workaround - Missing Download Button

Hi everyone,  We've been investigating the reports we've seen where there is no Download button when viewing a game in your Collection.  It looks like this may be related to ad-blocking or DNS...

I bought the ea pass, but as you can see, there are no download or purchase buttons. I have the same problem since yesterday.

        I also installed ea app on my 2nd computer and it has the same problem. I think the problem is from the internet, now i will try to use another internet

    Check if sdk.split.io or events.split.io is blocked.

      This was the problem for me. I have a pi-hole and it was blocking requests to sdk.split.io and events.split.io. Adding both to the whitelist, restarted the app and download button showed right away
