i have reinstalled windows i payed for play and pay i am not able to play any game says trial version has ended then it asks me to buy the full game

I have exactly the same problem, if you have it installed and recognised as installed by the ea app, launch directly from the shortcut inside the folder installation. If you need to repair the game, click on trial exe and then you will be able to repair
But if you have the game uninstalled, you need to use origin
