I lost many games too. And I used over all the years always the same account, so I'm 100% certain this isn't any error on my side. At this moment, the few games I still have in my library go only from B like Battlefield to M like Mass Effect 3 (2012). It's like an alphabet mass murder. I've checked my purchase history, and there are entries shown which don't show up in my library. The worst thing is, many entries in the purchase history are shown as Placeholder or Description Not Available, so I don't know what anonymous placeholder is connected to which game. Many of my older entries are connected to physical retail disc activations like Mass Effect: Andromeda; the only readable thing of it shown in my history is the deluxe upgrade of it I bought afterwards in your online store, and no sane people would buy an upgrade of a game no one owns. Makes no sense at all.
I'm really fed up. I never experienced anything like that from any big publisher's client. Even Ubisoft's The Crew de-activation (which was very questionable since they HAVE an singleplayer version for test purposes) is like a mosquito against THIS (this is like the asteroid which killed all the dinosaurs). At least, Ubisoft announced it, and it is still in my library, albeit listed under Inactive Games.
Edit:
Nevermind. I was able to solve this problem by restarting the app. There must be something like a glitch.
