See title, I redeemed Battlefield V and Battlefield 1 both in the summer of 2021.
I can provide proof of this to an EA tech who is able to assist.
Looking to re-add both titles to my library.

Thank you for the response, I have attempted logging out and uninstalling + reinstalling but neither fixed my issue.
I still see neither game in my library, however I see another game that I did redeem in 2022 from Prime Gaming, STAR WARS Jedi: Final Order.
This game has always been my library, since I first reported the issue.
I was informed to purchase an EA Plus subscription to "access" these games, but I already own them.
