Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? An error message from my computer telling me that it can't find the files needed.
What do you expect to see? My files restored or being able to uninstall the app, to be able to install it again
Hi! The EA app launcher icon on my desktop was different and I got a message saying that the app related to that shortcut was nowhere to be found. I went to my files, and everything is here, but different, the icons are like white pages. It's the first time this ever happens. Yesterday, everything was fine. Since all the files are weird, I can't open the app, I can't uninstall the app and I can't reinstall the app. I tried to manually erase all the files, but nothing changed. I don't know what to do.
I managed to fix the problem (I think ?). I tried to repair, but it didn't work. I had to manually force my computer to do multiple updates and I tried the option "repair" of the app again, and it succeded. The files were restored and I can now open the app again. Posting this in case someone else encounter this problem.
