    I had a similar problem and contacted EA support.

    They gave me a bunch of steps to try but what did it for me was this one:

    Clear cache to fix problems with your games

    This is for the Beta EA App. Hope it helps you too.

    I succeeded in a very surprising way while emptying the cache did not change anything by changing the language in the settings in the settings I managed to install the game

      Thanks this happened to me to nothing would fix it till I saw this post about changing the language.
