Problem with login, 'We couldn’t find your EA Account.'

Hello

I have tried to find solution for this problem, but i cant, even on this forum.

Its been while since i played games on EA. Today, i have tried to log in in EA app (PC), but e-mail that im using, and my username EA doesnt recognise. I  always get msg ''We couldn’t find your EA Account.'' 

I have checked, do have history of emails from EA on this email, so it is right one.

I havent been banned or something as far as i know.

I have send email to customer service but still no response.

EA offers me to change password, you get the point.

pls help me
