problems with it takes two game licence

i bought the game on steam and i play in geforce now but after the game has been prepared the EA app say that my game licence cannot be found and say to me try to clean my cache

but when i do it nothing happens and the eerror continue, the strange part is that was working well in this morning but after i add a friend and close the geforce the next time i opened it was giving me this error
