Summarize your bug I'm having consistent problems with the EA app forgetting my login details. It seems to happen most frequently when I've started the app and then, for whatever reason, closed the window but still having it running in the background. If I then try to get the window back by starting the app from the desktop icon or start menu I am prompted to login again without any of my information saved. Which is really strange, because I haven't even quit the app at that point. Just closed the window. It also happens sometimes after I've restarted my computer.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know. I have to just close the app with the X in the corner and wait for a bit before I try to open the app again. That gives me the error about 50% of the time.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am prompted to login again. Consistently.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be logged in all the time. Like any other program like steam, epic or xbox app. Unless I've logged in somewhere else for security reasons, which I never do with EA.
