Please describe Purchased bundle but they are not showing up in game
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 30.10.2022
Summarize your bug I just purchased a bundle including City Living, Laundry Day, and Vampires. When I went back into my game, they weren't there. I exited and restarted the game. Still not there. I restarted my computer. Still not in game. But when I look at my owned packs, it says I own them all. 
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This isn't a bug, but a technical issue I think.
What happens when the bug occurs? I start up my Sims game and under My Packs it says they are owned, but they do not show up in game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my purchased packs and kits. 
I downloaded Sims 4 after the switch to EA from Origin, so I have never used Origin. I do not use custom content. I haven't been playing more than a few days so far. I don't know what to do to get my purchases to show in game.

If you click The Sims 4 in your game library and go to Manage-> Manage Add-Ons are your expansions showing as installed there, or just owned?
