Purchased bundle but not showing in game

Summarize your bug I just purchased a bundle including City Living, Laundry Day, and Vampires. When I went back into my game, they weren't there. I exited and restarted the game. Still not there. I restarted my computer. Still not in game. But when I look at my owned packs, it says I own them all.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This isn't a bug, but a technical issue I think.
What happens when the bug occurs? I start up my Sims game and under My Packs it says they are owned, but they do not show up in game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my purchased packs and kits.

I downloaded Sims 4 after the switch to EA from Origin, so I have never used Origin. I do not use custom content. I haven't been playing more than a few days so far. I don't know what to do to get my purchases to show in game.

    If you click The Sims 4 in your game library and go to Manage-> Manage Add-Ons are your expansions showing as installed there, or just owned?

    Hi there @PlayfulPisces,

    If you click The Sims 4 in your game library and go to Manage-> Manage Add-Ons are your expansions showing as installed there, or just owned?

    I finally got a chance to check tonight. They're listed! Yay. It looks like they are not downloaded so I will be doing that now. Thanks for commenting. I'm new to using this EA app so I didn't know where to check. It was confusing when they didn't download automatically because when I bought Parenthood, I didn't have to go anywhere to download. It was just there and already good to go the next time I started up my game. Thanks again!

    Hi. That problem has happened to me i have checked and it says they are installed

  • @FMOI31  If you have the CAS Demo installed, please see this thread:

    Otherwise, please run searches for two or three of your missing packs.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner.  This is the full list of packs:

    For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 .  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.  Then repeat for one or two more packs.

    If your DLC is showing as installed in the app, but you're not seeing the content in-game, please follow @puzzlezaddict's suggestion above and let us know how that works for you.
