Purchased EPs, No EPs in Library

Hi,

I purchased the Sims Cozy bundle, the Into The Future (Sims 3) and Ambitions (Sims 3). The charge was taken out of my bank account, but they are not in my library so that I can put them into my game.

Please help me find where they went!
