Purchased Sims 4 add on, EA app on PC asks me to buy it again

I purchased the Cats & Dogs add on today as well as a few other add ons, the cats & dogs add on is the only one that is giving me this issue. On my EA Order history it shows that the purchase was suc...

Hi @30061369,

There was a brief issue with the EA app yesterday which is now resolved- please clear the cache for the app following these steps then check if you're able to download your pack by clicking The Sims game tile, and going to Manage-> Manage Add-Ons.

@EA_Solaire Just tried it again. Didn't work in the EA app. But it worked when I did it on windows, via the start menu. My problem is solved, thank you!
