Purchased Sims 4 Packs Not Showing as Owned

Back in October I bought the Sims 4 Spooky Bundle that came with The Sims 4 Werewolves, Vampires, and Spooky Stuff packs. However, the card that I used to buy it with I had to cancel and when I got rid of the card on the app, it uninstalled all of those packs. Is there a way to get those packs back without having to re-purchase them?

It's sounding like these packs were fully removed from your account rather than uninstalled from the app- we can't check this for you over the forums as we don't have access to your account details, but live support can take a look with you and see what's happened.

Please reach out to live support from the help site here so they can review your account information with you a bit further.
