Purhcased add-ons and not visible in library

Question

bought cats and dogs and get to work from CD keys-activated them fine and downloaded

Went onto game and not on my game so did all the normal things like repaired game,app recovery, restart app & even uninstalled and reinstalled.

Still nothing?

I went back to CD keys and bought a small addon and that worked fine so unsure what the issue is here?

Please help, I was super excited to buy these ☹️

@Jadelouisee95&nbsp; Are you saying the new packs don't show as owned in the EA App, under Manage &gt; Manage add-ons?&nbsp; You can install them from there if they're listed at all.

Or are you saying that the packs show as owned and installed but don't load in-game?&nbsp; That's a separate issue, and in that case, please let me know whether you've installed the base game through Steam or the EA App.
