⚠ The app crashed unexpectedly
A problem occurred, but a quick restart should solve it.

I tried a lot of times to submit a report by putting a check mark on the box, but the problem was never fixed. And even restarting the app, the next time if I try to start App Recovery from Start>EA>App Recovery I always get the same error popup.

Can we try the secondary method of clearing the apps cache:
- Open the Start menu.
- Find EA and click the downward arrow to expand.
- Select App Recovery.
- A confirmation window will pop up.
- Click Clear Cache.
If this continues can we also try the following steps?
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
- @EA_Illium Ohhh, it was fixed today in the 12.255.0.5512 update. Until yersterday it didn't work. I tried again after I read your message and it worked. Thank you for your patience.
