I am having the same issue. I just built a new pc, and am trying to install my sims and all DLC that I own. I’ve found there are many MANY packs breaking at this 14% download point including but not limited to: Cats and Dogs, Discover University, Werewolves, High School Years, My Wedding Stories, Dine Out, Holiday Celebration Pack, Laundry Day, Luxury Party, Toddler Stuff, Parenthood, Realm of Magic, Snowy Escape, and Vampires. Any other DLC I either do not own, or was able to download. This problem is serious and considering that is hundreds of dollars of content that I cannot access, it needs to be taken care of now.
it's so ridiculous. I also have a new PC and have never encountered any problems on Origin until EA App came along and started breaking everything. I've spent hundreds of dollars on the Sims and it's so depressing that I cannot access anything I've purchased either.
