I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble logging into your account. Is this happening only on the EA app, or are you also having problems logging in to the EA website? 

If it's only on the EA app, I suggest that you try closing background applications that may conflict with the app.

I bought EA Play Pro, it made more sense to buy the games, I applied to the bank for a refund, then they said I was banned for this.

I bought 10 different EA games from epic but I can't play them because I can't log in with the EA app.

I bought a bunch of EA games from Epic Games thinking I'd play them later. I had dont linked the account and it's been a long time and I can't return them.

Linked Accounts Found

Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for be*****@gmail.com was previously linked to the Epic Games account for karizmatikemmim. An EA Account can only be linked to one Epic Games account in its lifetime.

I get this error but the epic account I want to connect is already this one. The email and account are the same. I don't have another epic account.

As the error message says "An EA Account can only be linked to one Epic Games account in its lifetime." In this case the solution would be creating a new EA account and link to link your Epic Games account. There is an error here. Actually, it is an account feature, but it seems to be connected. The account I want to linked is the same as the account in the error.
