It was in a subsequent response. I downloaded a free game (I used Apex) and canceled mid way and this broke the glitch.

Summarize your bug I went to go play my sims 4 game only for it to say I don't own it on my account. I've restarted the app and cleared my cache. even says ive spent 430 hours of playing on my account. only difference is i just re downloaded the EA/origin app. I have ALL of the receipts of buying the games and packs in my email attached to my account. Even tried launching it from the files bin.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to play it if you own it
What happens when the bug occurs? i cant open the sims 4
What do you expect to see? to play a game i literally own???

If that doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the error, for reference, and even better if you can fit the hours played in the screenshot as well.

ive cleared my cache and done everything on the link

When I did mine I didn’t do the app recovery I just clicked on reset app in the same section and it worked I got onto my game again. Not sure if this will work for everyone but it did for me.
