Gallery Level 10 Holographic Base Hero Player Pick

Hello EA FC Community,

I would like to report a possible issue with the Gallery Level 10 Holographic Base Hero Player Pick in EA SPORTS FC 27.

On October 7, 2026, I reached Gallery Level 10 after spending approximately 3,000,000 Gallery Score and received the 1 of 5 Holographic Base Hero Player Pick.

The unusual part is that all five generated options were 86-rated Base Heroes, and all five were players eligible for the “Max. 86 Base Hero Upgrade” SBC, which was active at the same time.

I understand that Player Picks are random, and I am not complaining simply because I received low-rated players. My concern is that all five options matched the Max. 86 player pool, which makes me question whether the correct Gallery Level 10 reward pool was used.

I contacted EA Support and specifically asked them to verify the server-side Reward ID and player pool used to generate my Player Pick. However, I was told that the support team cannot manually verify the reward pool because the rewards are delivered through automated servers.

My case number is 256208862.

I was also required to select one of the five players before I could continue using Ultimate Team. Therefore, selecting a player should not be considered acceptance of a potentially incorrect reward.

I am not asking for a specific player or guaranteed high-rated reward. I am asking whether the correct Gallery Level 10 reward pool was used.

Could the EA FC developers/community team please investigate whether the Gallery Level 10 Player Pick may have incorrectly used the Max. 86 Base Hero Upgrade pool?

I have attached a screenshot showing the complete five-player selection.

If this is confirmed to be an issue, I would appreciate the correct reward being restored.
