I purchased it on Steam and have been using it by linking it with EA.
When playing, I also keep the EA application open.
EA_IlliumThanks for the additional info! Can we give the following a try, then check if your friend appears?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
I tried all the methods you provided one by one,
and I deleted and reinstalled all the apps, but it still doesn’t work.
Please provide a proper solution.
Not only I, but a majority of people are experiencing this issue
Hello. I have same problem. when i try inviting a friend it keeps loading non stop.

Hello, I cant find my friend after deleting and re-installing. I even searched for them by email and nothing. PLEASE ASSIST. NO REAL SOLUTION POSTED
