Hey folks!

I also noticed this about an hour ago and restarted the app.

After several tries, I was able to finally get in.

I'll follow up with our EA App team to make sure things are running smoothly!

Unable to log into EA App.

"Login did not go as planned"

We couldn't log you in because the network failed to do its network thingy. Try again in a few minutes"

Logging into EA site (here) works fine.

900+ reports on DownDetector.

Since 0.30 Amsterdam time it looks like all EA servers are down. Not able to sign in at EA account.

I'm having this issue as well when I tried to play The Sims 4. How long has this been going on for?

  I saw that it's only been like an hour, but I could be totally wrong. I saw it on Downdetector.com, so I'm not sure how accurate that site is bc I just googled it. :-)

  Ya i just tried to log in to get a couple games in, but seemed to be about an hour from when I tried, so going on 2 now and of course nothing official from EA anywhere to be found. How is it a company this big can not afford to hire a communications manager to post notices when their infra goes down...
  
  Does EA even know their EA App has crashed and burned cause right now I am thinking they do not monitor much of anything.

Hi guys
Every time I try to log into EA app it is showing up blank or saying that the app cannot connect to the network. I was playing Sims about an hour ago and it was fine but now neither Sims nor EA app will open. How can I fix this?

Joining the misery party. I'm at my parents' with nothing to do (but work I'm putting off) so of course this happens now. I want to play dragon age 2 for the 9000th time, that's all. Got the same error messages.
