Hi @whubble 

Please check the order history on your account- are both purchases for these kits showing as completed, processing, or failed?

    I am having this exact same issue. Purchase is shown as completed on my order history but no reflection of this on the EA app. All I am able to do is attempt to purchase the kit again. On the Sims 4 in-game menu it shows I own the kit but whenever I try to use it in build mode it is shaded out saying I do not own the content. No option anywhere to download the kit that I have a receipt for. So frustrating! Just to clarify this is the "Modern Luxe" kit and this is my first issue trying to download kits.

  • @holtai Just wanted to add that I have repaired my game, unistalled EA app and reinstalled, signed out of my accounts numerous times and restarted my PC all to no avail.
