Re: ea pc app keeps crashing

I have same Issue Iam using EA app with game passe after like 10 or 20 minute the App crache without reason I tried everything that I find to solve this but still same issue ..... Iam on win 10 , I never had that problem with origin Also I did a fresh Installation ... And  playing or not the App crach without any message or somthing just its get closed

Can you try the troubleshooting steps shared in the message above and see if that helps you resolve this?

Hello ea i have a problem with my app . My app is crashing out of nowhere. i play with fc 24 and when i start opening the fc 24 the ea app is randomly crash.  And no error massage  in my window.

I know that the ae app crashes because I can see it in the task manager

I tried everything you guys say, I've watched endless tutorials, reset my pc and the only * game I can't play is fifa 24 cause the * app crashs, and I can't have a refund * this * 

I've been having an instant crash issue as well with all my games. EA games... I'm on a fresh install of Win11 as well. Everything's updated.

Same here. Since Monday 18th  all games crashing app resetting.

i am having the same issue as well, they updated the APP on Monday and now its causing it to crash when trying to connect to EA- games unplayable. Will keep you informed if i learn anything new

things i have tried that didnt work :-

1. clean boot

2. reinstall app

3 Manually updating the app

Hope they fix it soon.
