@Ch1clez @88Brunoo, alright. So you both own the game as a standalone purchase & not claimed via EA Play or something like that? Cool.
Can you both please test if when you log in to Origin (so not the EA app), you see FIFA 20 in your library and you can download/install/play the game as normal?
(Please note; Origin & the EA app can not run simultaneously. One program has to be shut down completely in order to run the other.)
@EA_Leeuw Thanks for your response!
I installed EA app recently. I had Origin before and FIFA 20 didn't appeared in my library. But when I uninstalled Origin and Installed EA app it showed up again, but was unplayable, so I don't know what happened.

@Ch1clez, alright, that's odd. So when you now download Origin again, login with the same EA account as you login with via the EA app, FIFA 20 is not there? - @EA_Leeuw No isn't here. @EA_LeeuwThanks again for your response, and no is not there ☹️ I reinstalled Origin but the game doesn't appear, It's only visible on EA, but is not playable.

@Ch1clez @88Brunoo, thanks for the responses, guys.
Alright, it looks like this is unfortunately not something we can further check or fix via the forums, as it seems to be an account-related issue, I am afraid.
In this case, I would recommend reaching out to our Live Support via https://help.ea.com/contact-us, https://Twitter.com/EAHelp or https://Facebook.com/EAHelpHub, so the teams can take a look at your account and hopefully provide you with more information as to what's going on.
