As far as I could see, searching through the EA app log, this error may be related to something with the geolocation of the ISP's IP address:
(eax::services::identity::AccessTokenRequestor::parseResponse) Invalid token, could not find geocountry
I don't know exactly why this is happening, whether it's a problem with the ISP itself or with EA (which is more likely). In addition to trying to connect to a mobile network, which changes your public IP, another solution is to use a VPN, which has the same effect. It worked for me.

Sorry, I don't know much about all this stuff (ISP) , but EA has always worked with Wi-Fi and I've never used any mobile networks. Also, using a VPN slows down my internet connection. Is there any solution?
i don't know what to do😭 - dmafrog12 days agoSeasoned Newcomer
ISP is the short name for "Internet Service Provider". It's the company that provides internet to your home. It provides a public IP address so you can access websites on the internet with it. The problem seems to be EA's in identifying the geolocation of this public IP address.
You can use a VPN just for change your public IP address. This should resolve the issue so you can log into the EA app. After that, you can turn off your VPN and switch back to your normal connection. However, you'll likely have to turn your VPN back on every time you need to log into the EA app until EA resolves this problem.

Yeah I tried this and it definitely works. I hope this is something that EA looks into (not holding my breath though).
