what is this error EA App Error - INST-21-25005

Hey, I don't know if you still need help, but I'll tell you what I did!

1 - I disabled the antivirus on my PC
2 - I cleared all temporary EA files >cmd - %AppData%
3 - I restarted the PC
4 - I ran the EA installer as administrator

And it worked, I hope it works for you too!
