I am having the same exact issue and am soooooo frustrated. Has anyone successfully been able to get back into the game?

If your EA app refuses to open, see if you can find the EA Launch Helper by finding your EA App in Finder, right-clicking the app, and selecting “Show Package Contents”. Then click “Contents”, and then “Applications”. You should find it and click it! It helped me get back into the launcher and I haven’t had a problem since (this is after you make sure everything’s updated, of course)
hey are you having any problems still?? My ea app won't even bother opening, it just says "failed to connect to servers" and ive cleared the cache, restarted my Mac, re dowloaded the app and nothing seems to be working 😭
