Re: My sims 4 kit I bought doesn’t show up in game

I found the solution! (For me personally, let me know if it worked for you) okay so the game said it was installed for me and I assume the rest of you. If you go to my collection> the three dots at the corner of the sims 4 game> manage add ons> it should pop up and say “download” . This is a bug that needs to be fixed because I was under the impression it was installed, because when I clicked on the kit it would say “play” even though it wasn’t installed. That fixed my problem I hope it fixed yours!

    I’ve tried this too and it’s still not working. Go into my game now it keeps saying restart to play and I’ve done this a million times and still not working. I absolutely hate the ea app it’s trash

    Same here! And I’ve restarted the app, repaired the game and restarted my computer… up to 4 kits I haven’t been able to play
