i bought cats and dogs expansion pack on origin, as well as several others. i downloaded the game and packs to my computer but now it’s not showing in the ea app

Ever wonder why the EA people here meticulously avoid replying to Bulletstorm disappearance victims? Well, the answer is below. Cat's out of the bag after two months. The support person wrote this little gem here:
Let me share with you that there comes a time in every game's life when it makes sense for us to remove it from online stores. We refer to this process as "sunsetting."
If you already have games that have been sunset, you'll still be able to play them if they're installed on a supported device. But your platform also has been retired so this is something that we can not help in. We really apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
So all our Bulletstorms are stolen by EA, and the EA representatives here don't want to express this fact because they don't want to deal with the fallout. This is my response to no only EA's "support" but also to the deliberately silent EA representatives under this message thread:
I'm afraid I don't accept this answer, especially after more than two months of back and forth. Were those endless "come to live chat" and "clear cache" suggestions just a way to stall me? And what would have changed if I managed to connect to chat? Another "clear cache" suggestion? No. This is unacceptable.

Let me share with you that when a company is this incompetent to provide the service that justifies its very existence, it gives the money it took for said service back. We refer to this process as "refunding". Because if they don't, we refer to it as "petty theft". Now, I didn't ask EA to retire Origin for an even worse platform. Nobody did. But if such a decision was made, steps should be taken to ensure no one was done wrong. This is completely on EA. It's been a long time since I spent that money. I don't want a refund and I don't need it. I want my game back. EA will not steal from me!

And to add insult to injury, when you open Origin an unskippable pop-up says "EA App is your new home for PC gaming". Well, EA App can't even be my new home for my previous purchases, let alone my PC gaming. Until Bulletstorm comes back, I will never buy from EA again. You certainly deserved those two consecutive golden poos EA. You deserved more of them.
