Nope, the game still isn't in my library nor is it downloading

@ZippyTheKawaii When you go into the EA App Store and search for the game, does it say download, purchase, or add to the library?
Also, can you go to profile.ea.com and log in with the same account, and under your purchases, see if you see a line there for the game? Any code you redeem will have a receipt on our profile. - zippythekawaii2 years agoSeasoned Newcomer
@EA_ShepardWhen I go to the store page of the game, it just says buy the game / buy EA play. And there is no mension of the code being activated in my order history. I think I might have got scammed, but the fact that when I tried to activate it the first time it said that everything went well and started to DOWNLOAD the game still makes me think that I wasn't and I have it activated somewhere hidden.

@ZippyTheKawaii so if the code was consumed, and it didn't give you an error, it was a code for content, not a game. The store would say download, and you would see a transaction log. In this case, i would contact live support. They can look up the code with you and see what it was and where it was consumed
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option

Whenever I open the problem in PvZ garden warfare 2 support options page, I don't have a button to write an email there. Can you give me a link or an email adress that I can write to please?
