@ZippyTheKawaii so if the code was consumed, and it didn't give you an error, it was a code for content, not a game. The store would say download, and you would see a transaction log. In this case, i would contact live support. They can look up the code with you and see what it was and where it was consumed

- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
