Re: Sims 4 packs aren't loading in game

I was trying to play the sims 4 and got an error message that started with 123. I took all of my mods off and reinstalled the game. Now it is saying it's 'Missing Content'. My packs on the EA app say in library when i go to purchase them but when I open my library, there's nothing there but the sims 4 game. The only option I have is to play with missing content or view packs. How do I download the packs? I don't see an option to download or is this an issue with something else?

Shows all of my expansions in Manage add ons. So, I am in the right account.
shows in the game, but when i hit to play i get this pop pop

It still only shows these 3 under manage add ons. I started the game and I am still getting the message that the packs are not there. Get To Work is not there either. Did i miss something?

puzzlezaddict i believed I moved the sims pack folder to applications/EA games with the other ones. Now i am getting this error message.

Nania1025 Please start a new save to confirm that all your packs are loading.

For the new issue, please test your main save with no mods or custom content if you aren't (still) doing so already. If you still get an error code, please post in the Sims 4 Gameplay forum, and list the entire error code, the one in your screenshot. It's a bit hard to read here.
