hello @EA_Darko  I am having the same issue as well I have tried many games such as battlefront 2, Jedi fallen order , sims 4 and need for speed heat however it doesn't seem to matter what game i try to download it just wont work and will pop up with the same "You are not eligible to play this game" message.  🙂

I used tunnel bear because you get 5 gigs free and as soon as I started the download I turned it off and the download continued.
