hello @EA_Darko  I am having the same issue as well I have tried many games such as battlefront 2, Jedi fallen order , sims 4 and need for speed heat however it doesn't seem to matter what game i try to download it just wont work and will pop up with the same "You are not eligible to play this game" message.  🙂

ea is great man you guys cant even help people to fix their stuff how does it take four weeks to resond to people with problems on your app and ea play this sucks lol xoxo
